Dr. Barbara KoudelkaDr. Koudelka is a skilled and empathetic naturopathic doctor who listens to her patients carefully with the goal of uncovering the root cause of their issues. She is also a trusted medical advisor, and a medical educator. Commonly referred to as “The Listening Doctor,” Dr. Koudelka started her original clinic in 2004 (renamed RejuveNature Medical in 2009) with the vision of bringing together like-minded naturopathic physicians who all emphasize listening to their patients. Today, she prides herself on managing a practice that delivers equal quality of care no matter which provider you see. A graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, she studied pre-med and has an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. Attracted by the whole-patient wellness approach, rather than just treating symptoms, Dr. Koudelka attended Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ, for her medical training.

Dr. Koudelka works as a primary care physician, using her naturopathic education and skills to help patients overcome endocrinology issues (e.g., thyroid, adrenal, diabetes, etc.), Chronic Diseases, and fatigue. She does so delivering treatments and solutions such as Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy for women and men, weight loss assistance, and healthy aging medicine. Through careful analysis of the information shared with her and garnered from her own evaluation, Dr. Koudelka selects the type of care that is best suited to the individual patient. She works hand in hand with her patients and guides them back to improved health and wellbeing of mind-body-spirit.

Dr. Koudelka has traveled around the world to several countries. She enjoys meeting new people and learning about their cultures. She also has the ability to create new opportunities. She is a partner and presenter in INbalance Retreats, which expands knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine and the mind-body connections for health. Her belief is that if one understands the body’s requirements to be balanced, and uses learned protocols and techniques to create new neural pathways and balance of mind and body, they can be as healthy as possible.
